The hotel's location was central, surrounded by restaurants, shops, art galleries, and lovely old buildings in the heart of the city. There were walking streets nearby for exploring the charming surroundings.- A nice perk was Tapas Cafe, which was conveniently located close by, and served tea and coffee.

The hotel used to be a church in the 12th century and it can be seen from its interesting architecture. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

This place is convenient, with comfortable beds, and has a fantastic staff who serve a breakfast featuring croissants, bread, cereals, fruit.

Parking difficulties

Generous sized and newly remodelled units with a huge balcony. Luxury linens and good pillows. The staff were efficient. Tea, butter, and breads were really appreciated. The location was magnificent and perfect, close to a tree-lined avenue. The hotel was stylish and fairly clean, well air-conditioned and large rooms. The location was excellent and good, you can visit La Rotonde by walking. The property was in a charming area, not far from Right off of the Main Street, the train station and Villeneuve-les-Avignon.

we were only there for a very short time so we didnt do any sight seeing as we have been there before a beautiful place and shall return at a later date.

Excellent location - a few steps from the Cours. Very pleasant double room with two shuttered windows; spacious bathroom. Didn't try the breakfast.

Enjoyed staying in a spacious superior queen room with a balcony, good air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi in a charming town.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel Des Augustin, the staff on both occasions were charming, helpful, the location is first rate as it is a few steps into the main shopping area of Aix, for a comfortable and relaxing stay I could not reccomend this hotel enough.
